Departure Services
Home Sale Assistance - Our home sale assistance programs include three main objectives:
- Providing a comprehensive comparative market analysis(ERC/BPO) to access the market value of the home.
- Reducing relocation costs by increasing the probability of an employee generated sale.
- Actively assisting the transferee in marketing efforts during the listing period to maximize sales price.
Inventoried Properties - On occasion when a home must be taken into inventory, we can assume all responsibility for maintenance and marketing. The maintenance includes interior and exterior care. We will provide to the third party relocation provider a complete account of any holding costs incurred.
Communication with Third Party Relocation Company - We ensure frequent updates with client and third party company. We provide all the pertinent relocation information and forms needed for their records.
